I bought few jax flashlights at a good price and i just got a email for me to pick another light at the same cost or a refund or wait for them to get more in ?? im just wondering how long would i have to wait for them to get more in if anyone knows? Just another reason why i but most my things from mountain electronics......I'm thinking they looked at what i paid and had to do this to make me back out

I imagine it would be a week or two for them to restock. I don’t think they want you to back out, but they don’t always keep stock properly.

EDIT: just logged in to banggood site to get the order number and there is nothing saying i bought the Jax Z1 ????

maybe because you werent logged in when you ordered them.. (if your paypal email is different from your email account you use to login with banggood).

My email is the same as my paypal ill contact them and get the order number if they can

Around Xmas I ordered 3 items from BG.They sent 2 and e-mailed me that the third , a Rocher MC10 torch , was out of stock for a week or 10 days , do I want store credit or what?I replied that i would wait up to a month for the MC10.They e-mailed me that they would e-mail me again near the end of January if it was still not in stock.No further communication.Early January , I check my a/c and see the MC10 was sent on the 29th December.A week or so later , it arrived.They never said that they would tell me if it was sent , only that they would tell me if it was not in stock by late January.Frankly , I’m impressed.That is my experience , I can’t speak for others.

Thanks Billy ill wait for few weeks if i dont get any kind of msg or see that they are back in stock ill just dispute the order

Just a update i waited for few weeks till they got more stock so they can send me the flashlight i ordered but i woke up to a email saying im getting a refund thanks banggood

Are Jax no longer supplying Banggood perhaps?
I ordered one of those Jax mini C8s a couple weeks ago and just got an email saying the light is out of stock and they don’t know when they will receive more. I was just waiting hoping that some more would come in but this sounds like it probably won’t happen… :frowning:

That might be the case because they said the same thing to me to wait till they get more stock so i waited and still nothing in stock just got a refund.

but at least i got my $$ back

I had to wait for 2 Z1 lenses I ordered, but they showed up in a reasonable amount of time. After reading this I’m awful glad I cancelled the order for the 2 Z1’s I made at the same time. For some reason I just got unnerved by a couple of posts I read here, and didn’t want my first order with them to be such a big risk monetarily if it went poorly.
