Here I had to ask – why it was marked as shipped a week ago. But I wont. (because in 2015 I was waiting two orders for several month with fake tracking number in account).

I have an inquiry about my order on Kaidomain. order no. 1711180009

I placed an order on 11/18/2017 I then sent an email on the 11/23/2017 asking if the item had been shipped. I received an email the next day saying someone was following up and your website updated to shipped soon after.

I sent another email 2 days ago (nearly 2 weeks later) asking for a tracking no. I received an email saying that my order would be shipped tomorrow and was given a tracking no. if the second email is true it has taken 15 DAYS For kaidomain to ship my item.

can you tell me when my order was shipped?

Is it me or does Kaidomain seem to be taking longer than before to process and ship??? I had bit of a problem back in September where I ordered, where the status showed as “shipped” for month which nothing happened until I inquired and was told it was because they had to make the items because they were P60 dropins. Which then the order ended up being cancelled because I opened a Paypal dispute and forced me to reordering the same items and then they were shipped. I told Ban and them that I was ok with leaving the Paypal dispute open until I received the items but for whatever reason they chose to refund me and had me reorder. I’m still puzzled about that one but I did end up getting the items I ordered like a month and a half after I originally made the initial order. My most recent order was for 3 of their new lights placed on 11/17/17 showed as “shipped” about a few days after I placed the order but had no tracking number. After 2 weeks, I inquired about the tracking number and was responded to after 2 days providing the number. I just checked and it shows it was “arrived at facility” on 12/5/17 and now shows “depart from facility” dated 12/7/17. So basically it took them around 2 weeks to even process and ship my most recent order and now I probably have to wait another 2 weeks at best (since it’s Christmas time making shipping even slower). Not sure what’s going on here. Facepalm Usually in the past, my Kaidomain orders would take no more than 2-1/2 weeks from start to finish…

This is the protection feature by Paypal between buyer and seller.

When you open the dispute, we cannot ship out anything. To be fair to you, if you open a dispute, once you close and you cannot re-open. The best way is that we refund to your order and you place the new order again.

I can appreciate that stock can be an issue, but you need to have better communication with your customers. The fact that after my first message my order was updated to shipped and then wasn’t actually shipped until my second message 2 weeks later, seems dishonest. If you had messaged me to begin with and said the item was not in stock and then given me some options I would be more understanding, but the fact that I had to wait 2 weeks, ask what was going on, and then be told ‘the item was out of stock’ makes it seem as though it is just an excuse.

I too want don’t want delays and want your store to remain operational as you offer some great items and prices, but as a first impression, my experience has not been good.

i will give Kaidomain the benefit of the doubt and make another purchase but if a similar thing happens it will be my last order.

Don’t get me wrong, I do like many things about Kaidomain and agree with what you’re saying… It’s just that in my own experience in the past with them, it never seemed to take as long before as it does now for an order to process. I guess I should change my expectations.
