Maybe I wrong, but I wasn't happy with the problem resolution.

An update to set things right...
After 2 or 3 emails back and forth, I was issued a credit, they were out of the module that I had ordered. A week or 10 days later I received a email alerting me that the LED module that I wanted was back in stock, so I ordered it and received it in record time.
Solarforce made things right. I have bought several things since, and I'm sure that I will buy more soon.
