You’re absolutely correct . Someone bumping an old thread caused the confusion.

My apologies for the rude comment

Dear “Hammerman” from Florida, I know it’s difficult for you to figure out when this thread was started, but I’m going to help you: Thu, 03/26/2015 – 13:59, which is indeed more than a year ago.
Also, to support your statements and Gearbest you posted this link: https://www.bitterwallet.com/high-street-news/gearbests-customers-are-no... in which MANY customers complain about Gearbest Facepalm (not so smart from you Big Smile ).

Speaking about “disappearing” (what about you ? you created your account on June 2014 and you have only 21 posts), while I’m not “active”, this forum has been really useful for my projects.

Anyway, have a nice day and ….peace !

As you say, peace man!
BLF is pro gearbest because they are cheaper and they also help in some group buy. I’m french like you and I understand why you complain but I also understand GB. Why would they bother with one customer among 10 000 (or more?).
If I can resume, they solved all your dispute but they don’t take order from you anymore.
I had to face the Gearbest customer servie once, it was awfully long but they make it right, it took 10 long weeks, 2 months and a half if you prefer but I got what I needed in the end.

I hate to break it to you, but your 5 posts in ~17 months is much less than Hammerman’s 21 posts in ~23 months.

How do you know he isn’t lurking here, behind the scenes ? As you are.

I had a GearBest voucher that showed “unlimited” because I promoted their products. Only 15,-$ but suddenly it won’t work. Really sad about it.

The items I ordered did show up though. within 3 weeks.

Ummm…. Actually, BLF rates Gearbest as “AVOID”. Mostly over bad customer service and deceitful “reviews”. Just sayin’…

postcount says nothing, LOL only lok at my postcount and recognize that Wink

As for Gearbest, well yes I was totally mad at them not so long ago, but learned how to deal with their CS and all got resolved nicely and that took the sting out of it leaving me with a whole bunch of cool thingies to play with for a very low price.

True. If you choose to hire a lawyer, you are making a wise decision. It becomes necessary to hire a lawyer to protect ourselves. My friend did the same. He hired a lawyer from right here and his lawyer helped him through out the process.
