I know very little about 18650 batteries. Are the included ones in this deal any good?

The good ones are the TF Flames, the included in the X9.

The blue ones,included with the zooming, are... let´s say... standard 18650 possible not so good quality than the TF flames........... (onlu guessing)

(1) Ebay prices don't include the charger and 18650, do they? (those buy now auctions)

(2) Deal extreme includes registered air mail. Ebay does not. So that's $2 already.

The best ebay buy it now price for the X9 with charger and two Ultrafire cells is $46.05 for reference. But as the X9 is not in either the US or UK DX warehouses I'll bet the ebay one would get to you first. BTW Cyberport888 are one of the better ebay outlets and pretty fast shippers.

Good tip VFMaddict, thanks. If I have a choice between DX and Ebay, I'll always go with Ebay, because an Ebay seller actually tries to please the customer to keep his seller rating high. On the other hand, DX couldn't care less about pleasing the customer.

You have both: the X9 flashlight alone or bundled with charger and 2 batteries. Again, either offer comes both in auctions and Buy it now.

Last time I looked, it seemed that the first rush for the X9 had subdued. The auctions end considerably below the Buy it now prices.

The X9 on DX comes with 1-TF flame 18650.

A few days back, both I and another member here both bid on the X9 "package" and received them for a quite low price (same or even lower than the lowest for the light alone). What folks interested should do is queue up so they don't compete against each other or whatever.
