Supbeam X60 Battery-carrier Improved

Dear Customers

Thanks for your keeping patience and taking attention to our products !

Thanks again for your time and ideas to help us to resolve the questions mentioned here regarding the improved our X60 battery-carrier.

We found that the charged battery voltage was unbalanced after used IC TP4055 battery carrier. Some of them were balance, but some of them were not. If the previous battery carrier charged the battery voltage which is out of 4.2V±1% (4.158V-4.242V), pls contact our aftersales service by e-mail for getting the FREE improved battery-carrier.

Our engineers made a lot of rigorous tests and got the satisfactory testing results after using Original Imported LINEAR IC LTC4054 (website: http://www.linear.com ). We also asked the third party who made the tests and got following result:

Supbeam X60 Battery-carrier Test

The third party’s Test Proccess of Supbeam X60 Battery-carrier

We are actively preparing the improved battery-carrier (Accuracy of battery voltage between cells will be in the range of 0.5 to 1%), It will be sent on 25th April.

*Pls send us your questions or information to info@acebeam.com * We will reply you e-mail ASAP.

NOTICE: All of Acebeam Products were used the Original Imported LINEAR IC LTC4054 from March 2015.

Best regards

Did this affect a single flashlight type or will the fix be implemented on other flashlights?

Thank you Bella,

Email sent for X60 and K50 improved replacement battery carriers.

Please answer the following important questions:

  • Will each improved replacement carrier be tested before shipping to assure that each cell terminates at the same voltage?
  • Have the new IC’s been grouped by termination voltage prior to assembling the new carriers?
  • Will the remaining Supbeam X60 flashlights ship with the new improved carrier?

Has anyone heard if the other lights are even in the mix of candidates for replacement. This thread, and the discussion centered around the X60. The others while mentioned by members, I dont recall being included by AceBeam.

My 2 ×40’s and 1 K50 are feeling anxious…

Any other information required?

Regards.

Yeah I dont like the phone number aspect. Its all risk of my privacy and peace and quiet, without any chance of gain. In this country, the postal service does not ring you regarding deliveries. You get a delivery, or a card telling you to visit the post office with the card if they cant deliver.

I expect t able to utilise the offer if needed, but I will not be providing you with a phone number. Promises and assurances have no value in this regard to me… there is no potential gain in complying in the first place.

Some delivery companies (in China) seem to require the phone number => Just give them a fake number.. Wink
