Got My XTAR WP2 Charger

Came in the mail today.  I'm charging my Trustfire flames 18650 2400MAH batteries right now that also came in the mail.  I also got 10 of the grey Ultrafire protected 18650 2400MAH batteries in the mail today also.

I do have a question for you guys that may know.  Seems like I can put 2 batteries in the charger and the battery port farthest away from the electric jack will light up red as charging, but the port closet to the jack seems to always show green.  I can switch those exact same batteries around and the exact same thing will happen.  Is this charger bad?
