Jade inspecting flashlights - are they any good?

Not for actual jade inspection, but for other uses - closeup work, illuminating small holes, etc.

Does the head shape help make the beam better? (besides eliminating spill)

Does the warm tint help for closeup work?

Cheap examples:

18650 warm - http://www.buyincoins.com/details/cree-180lm-led-18650-flashlight-jade-expert-warm-white-product-4632.html

18650 cold - http://www.buyincoins.com/details/cree-180lm-led-light-flashlight-18650-jade-expert-white-product-4633.html

AA/14500 not sure warm/cold, stupid modes (and I wouldn't trust FP about the emitter type) - http://www.focalprice.com/LFD84B/Tank007_TK568_CREE_XRE_Q4_1Mode_LED_Flashlight_Torch_Black.html?SSAID=447047

I made a brief review of mine here:

https://budgetlightforum.com/t/-/3204

The opening on the tank looks a bit too small, but the 18650 ones are fine for general use. They are quite warm tint though. (<3000K)

Mine w/ SS head is quite nice. Regulated and all.
