Weird. It does seem like a long time for “maintenance”

"Over 2000000 hours (about 200 years) standby time"  (DQG Tiny 4th)

"27,157 results for zoomable flashlight" (ebay)

It says 50 hours. Probably they count hours like lumens.

It’s killing me. I have an order and I wanna know if it shipped

Three tomatoes are walking down the street- a poppa tomato, a momma tomato, and a little baby tomato. Baby tomato starts lagging behind. Poppa tomato gets angry, goes over to the baby tomato, and smooches him… and says, Catch up.

Starting to worry me. Doesn’t take that long for site maintenance. It’s been 4-5 days

I had made an order. Got my tracking no but it only shows they have been notified of a shipment so I don’t think they actually have it yet.

Information received is the status.

The site has been down for maintenance for almost a week now, that can’t be good for business. Actually makes me a bit worried. Anybody heard from Hank?

I’m beginning to suspect that Hank may have some serious personal situation going on, and shut the site down as expediently as possible to deal with it.

Some things in life are more important than a handful of emitters and drivers, so I’m going to stop fretting about my parts and start hoping things are alright with him. I’ve dealt with him lots, and he’s always been top notch. He’ll come through in the end.

I got a reply on my question i mailed Hank, it was about a parallel/serial config of a triple Noctigon i ordered.

But when i asked about if my order had been shipped as a reply, i so far hasn’t received a response yet, but it has only gone a day so i am so far not worried.

At least i got a response so he isn’t gone. Maybe he got to much work to do from all the Meteor building.

EDIT
We are a pretty understanding bunch, so i wish he just pop in here & tell us what is up so we don’t have to worry.

He has been online here, that’s the funny thing. Why wouldn’t he post a quick response? I doubt its anything serious if he has been online here.

Could it be the M43 demand that has closed the site?

You only have yourself to blame!

Hank is starting his own Chinese black Friday.    He's got the first part down.   We are all standing in line outside ready to spend our money.   He just forgot to open the door Money Mouth

Thanks for the concern, and sorry for the site down.
Currently, our office is in the move, that’s why we closed the the site and stopped accepting new orders.

The site will be back online by next week.

Some of the orders have not been shipped, they will be shipped as soon as possible.

Thanks.
Hank
