Do you know a place where you can get it cheaper? Besides most places sell the charger for around $30…
Can you explain me why it’s a “fail”? It’s clearly stated that it is an affiliate link and there’s a normal link too, according to the forum rules.
This thread reads like an advertisement. over on the BLF Deal Alert thread where affiliate links are not allowed, the link provided isn’t to the (edited out “light”) charger itself, but to this commercial thread.

This is not a commercial thread. First of all over on the BLF Deal Alert thread I clearly wrote that the link goes to a thread on BLF. So by saying that the link isn’t to the product you’re just stating the obvious because it is stated so. Secondly, I just ordered this charger today and spent a few hours searching for the best price I could find for the VC4 and then contacting Gearbest personally to get a coupon.
This is the best price you can get for the VC4 and the only thing I get for sharing it with you guys is negative comments…
Yes I posted that you had not linked to the actual product over on the Deal Alert page, but instead had posted to bring people over to this affiliate thread.
And I clearly wrote that the link went to a thread so I see no point in your post.
So now it is an affiliate thread? Why are you being so grumpy? Yes there is an affiliate link, but it is clearly stated isn’t it? This is completely according to the forum rules AND there is a normal link besides it. So I don’t get your negativity and why you are arguing here?

You conveniently ignore (in your favor) the fact that I ordered the charger myself today, that I spent time looking for the best price and did an effort to personally contact Gearbest to get an extra coupon. You just come here and call this a commercial thread and then an affiliate thread, but please explain me in wich way this is an affiliate thread.
Perhaps you missed the fact that there’s a non affiliate link right beside the affiliate link?
If you like the deal and appreciate the fact that I spent time looking for this deal and get an even better deal than you can use the affiliate link. If you like the deal but don’t like affiliate links, no problem, use the normal link that is clearly there…
And if you don’t like the deal, no problem but don’t come here just to bash the thread then?

Erm, I did not want this to degenerate. I had 2 issues only. The $1 coupon and the fact that I thought you badly posted the AFF link. But in truth, I don’t know how GB’s aff link works.
Wow, pretty angry stuff, it’s a good thing that you made the effort to drive the BFL Deal Alert readers over to this thread so that they can find out where to get the charger that you posted a teaser on.
Yo Nelis, don’t try to circumvent the rules. You can’t put aff links in the deals thread so you post a link to a thread who has the aff link? What is that called? Working the system?
I understand. I too wish the coupon I got was bigger than $1. But in the end it’s the final price that counts right? 
$21.99 is the best price around (at least currently) and they could also cheat us with marketing trick by displaying an original price of $31.99 for example and give a massive $10 discount coupon. But the final price would still be the same. If you get what I’m trying to say?

The price and the store where to get it where mentionend from the beginning. Please give it a rest if you don’t like the deal. I really don’t know what you are trying to achieve or what point you are trying to make here.
Hi DanielM, I created a seperate thread, only posted the deal and did not use an aff link. I thought this was completely by the rules displayed in the BLF Deal Alert thread. A friendly mod sent me a PM to say that there had to be a direct link to the product. (He didn’t start bashing my post in contrast to others) EDIT: it was not even a mod, just a friendly forum member… I immediately edited my post in the BLF Deal Alert thread. This was hours ago. And some of you seem to be so fixated on the aff link while there is and was clearly a non aff link right there from the beginning?
