3,5A, because of 10x7135:
1 x 7135 = 350mA
10 x 7135 = 350x10=3,5A
With orig. Driver i measure 3,1A (2x18650).
I chanched the driver, because i will only use 1x18650 and 3-Mode(Hi,Mid,Low). ;)
are you sure the original manufacture driver is 3.1A with 2*18650?
Yes, i measure 3,14A with very full charged 2x18650.
(measure is 1,57A with 2 x 18650, that means 1,57 x 2 = 3,14A)

3A, or 3,1A....near the same, i would say, it´s regulated. ;)

so i would conclude that this x8 driver has been manufactured according to the cree max Amps for xml t6 (max 3a), am i right?
anyway, do you see so much different on the output after replacing the driver?
the 7135 driver, normally has 2,8A (8x7135), meanwhile i use 11x7135(3,9A) and the different you can see by eyes.
i have a Fandyfire STL-V6, the original had 2,74A, measured with 38500lux
chanched only the driver to 3,9A, measured = 45000lux
the different of 3,1A or 3,5A i think, you can´t really notice....maybe a little bit.

It will shorted the led's life for sure. Which is 50.000 to 70% of initial output.
If you'll use your flashlight for 2 hours every day the LED life's gonna drop 720 Hours.
In 3 years you will surely buy the NEW technology which will be avaialable a that point. The Led will not even run for 5000 hours by that time, more like 2500 hours .
do you know where to get the replacement for x8 reflector and also accessories for x8 such as aspherical lens, tail cap,??

well currently only x8...just got it a week ago.. but kinda feel disappoint after reading the x9 review. It seeems that x9 has better throw and the light spot is bigger than x8, also only 1*18650.
now i am thinking to get either one of these flashlights :TF-x9/UF-980L/UF-C8/KD-c8.
