I am most interested in a dealer that will provide Fast Shipping, Quality Products (never a Fake), Basically, just someone that I can count on to provide me with what was advertised.
Can you do this?
I have only ordered from, GB and BG, from out of my country (US) - Ordering from out of my country is a Big concern for me.
So far - OK.
People are reporting Fake Convoy S2+ from one of the dealers, but it seems that they are taking care of it. - But, this should Not have to happen!
Provide us with Exactly what is advertised in a timely manner, at a good price, and I’m sure that you will do well.
I’d like to see something like the Jacob A60, Courui D01, and similar… something with a 3-4x 18650 configuration and 45-55mm lens diameters, I’d like to see them in the $25-$40 range too.
I also think that a warehouse located in Canada or the US would be fantastic as well. I realize many items may just be drop shipped from another vendor or supplier, but having a small store of perhaps your top 250 selling items located in a warehouse within the Continental US would be a HUGE motivation for me to choose you over another retailer.
How about Acebeam, and while your at it have Bella “get over it” and start by being active here again. They have other products so it is time for them to move on.
Like Halo mentions a bigger range of Convoy S2/S2+ torches would be popular. The convoy range in general is very good quality with reasonable prices too.
Given the large range of torches out there these days I look for something different that is reasonably priced. The newer LEDs are exciting for buyers, so torches using the latest Cree LEDs including XPL-HI always attract attention.
The other area that seems are batteries. I see that you have lots of Ultrafire batteries, but few quality batteries in the Li Ion range. You have a lot of low end products which is ok, but regular buyers will realise as many of us, it’s better to spend a little more on a better product.
I too for a reliable seller who has a good range and great prices. We’ve seen some sellers offer great prices but very poor service. You just need to be consistent in all areas, not necessarily exceptional, just consistently good. Then it comes down to price on items.
Regular promotions too are important as we’ve seen many other similar sellers do this. It’s a great way to increase exposure and get some more sales. The competition you run is a good example of how your name is more visible by the BLF community than otherwise. Making us aware of great deals too on your site is important.
