hmmm, it looks like there are no real complaints with my XP-L2 test…..maybe it is time to release my XHP35 tests……

So a 4 cell series host with a modified AMC7135 driver should work as well

What modifications are needed to modify a 7135 driver to 16.8V input voltage?
Smaller capacitor and different voltage dividing resistor pair

7135’s will NOT work with an XHP35. You will need an FET or opamp based driver like the LD-3 for the XHP35.

Yup, they get way too hot immediately and stop functioning altogether, sometimes getting stuck ‘open’
