Caveat Emptor! If they can get folks to hand over that kind of money then more power to them I suppose. People need to do at least a little homework on nearly any purchase.
A co-worker bought one of these and was showing it off like it is so much better than the lights I build. I tried as hard as I could to not laugh when he told me how much it cost.
I can not even believe how weak this flashlight is. It is a piece of junk. The pictures had to be enhanced. They should be investigated for fraud. I will return mine immediately.

When someone brags about this light show them one of your real lights as you tell them that even it is not the brightest (after their jaw comes back from the floor). And don’t forget the part about yours being cheaper too :bigsmile: Perhaps the education will endure and save them from themselves next time round.

Yes this light is a complete overpriced, rebranded turd that typically sells for under $10 on eBay. If you have found this thread please don’t buy it.
crushing my hopes and dreams ,I wanted to try and put a GB for this amd this is what law enforcement and the military uses its now available to the average and below average (me ) joe.I saw this along with Monster flashlights brand lights in the bottom of the BLF page?And they pay to advertise on this forum can’t we warn people out their about this clear scam from these two well three if you count Heider,?

this is one of the best values for the g700 type spec flashlights you will get in the market. it is easily 3x brighter, much better built, at a fraction of the cost. most of the higher ranked reviews you will read of similar lights at amazon do not have much knowledge about flashlights, so generally cannot be trusted to shed light on the important aspects.
you can also get batteries and chargers and the light all for under $30 shipped from the same vendor who is trusted by this forum, and is also responsive and active here. If you do a little search from the top left hand side google search box, you will also find postings on how to get %15 discount from this vendor who goes by Simon.
not trying to insult the regulars here with this basic information :). i was at a similar position a month or so back when i started doing some research and landed here at budgetlightforum - which i believe is the best source for flashlights for practical people that want the most lumen x quality to dollars ratio.
when i first discovered budgetlightforum, it took me a while to figure things out - so laying out the useful info here if this the first page you have landed into.
It’s not easy to get website sponsors and ads. I have a friend whose site has a main sponsor of dubious reputation but they pay $$ to keep the site up so he uses them becausae he can’t get anyone else to do that. It’s just business and in no way a reflection of the site owner (other than not being rich) or of the members. We speak the truth openly, both here and on my friends site, regardless of whose ads appear :bigsmile:
