LED-DNA

Anyone ever have any problems ordering from http://leddna.com/ ? I have sent them 2 emails regarding an order I placed and never received. I have not received a reply from them. According to the order info I should have recieved the package by 8-21 at the latest. I still have a little time left before I file an paypal dispute.

I have placed one order with them and while it was slow to ship there were no real issues with that particular order. Never dealt with their CS though, so I cant comment on that.

Now with 100% all natural asbestos!

Yes, I ordered an XM-L U2 from them, never received it. Waited too long for the PayPal dispute. Fortunately it was only one.

But i waited 41 days from purchase and I have a paypal claim in that i’ve escalated because they won’t respond to my emails or my original claim.

Its been 40 days since I ordered from them and I still havent seen my package. I emailed them 3 days ago and still no reply. I just emailed again. If no reply tomorrow = paypal dispute.

I should have checked here first. This seems like another bad reseller to avoid.

I have ordered from there ebay store quite a few times they are super fast and respond pretty quick everytime. I have also ordered from the website and they sometimes ship really fast and sometimes the order gets “lost” dont really understand why they have such problems except they might not get a lot of traffic on the website but whatever it is they pretty much suck there!

Sorry, I definately would say avoid the website but for whatever reason they seem to keep the ebay store running better………. go figure

eBay seems to keep a lot of sellers in check with the extremely buyer oriented policies. This coupled with Paypal buyer protection is quite the killer combo.

Thanks apt323. They never responded so I filed a Paypal dispute. You’d think they’d have the same level of service on their web site as they do with their ebay customers.

My advice: DO NOT BUY FROM LED-DNA!

I escalated through paypal and my message reads:

leddna will not respond to email and they do not care about their customers. Paypal has a long history of claims against this seller not responding to its customers emails and not sending their items after they have been paid for. Please suspend the leddna account and do not allow them to use paypal ever again. To allow them to continue to use the paypal system would be extremely irresponsible of you.

Glad you still have the to option to escalate it to Paypal.  In my case it was over the 45 days and took posting a thread here to get a reply from them.

That sux. If your credit card pays your pp bill, call your cc company and tell them you want to create a “charge-back” and recover your money. Mine has always honored pp charge-backs, even after 45 days. Thanks for posting.

It is not worth bothering with LED DNA, my order didn’t arrive for about 3 months. No answer, no communication, no response Sad

I’ve also ordered from the website and never received anything.
Emailed maybe 20 emails and only got three responses.
All the responses where bull.

Unfortunately I didn’t realize until to late to do a PayPal dispute.

Yes, I’ve heard that from some lucky people. My experience with ordering using their site is bad. No response after issuing ticket, almost no response by e-mail, etc … You can read here I am not alone.

I dunno if their quality of service has changed since the last post, but I did order 2 XP-G2 R5-1As and XM-L U3-1As on Dec. 28th, arrived on Jan. 7th. The emitters came in a bubble mailer which were subsequently wrapped in bubble wrap, and then in an anti-static bag, followed by the cradle like the one in the pic.

Also ordered 4 XM-L2 U3-1As and 5 XM-L U3-1As and that order has tracking via HK Post.

I believe orders above $20+/-$0.50 will get tracking just like the eBay storefront says.

I did get my 6 XM-L U3s yesterday, neatly packaged. Ordered via the site (as you can see the BLF15 coupon code)

Yep, that is something I don’t like. By spending that amount you should get a tracking # or at least be able to choose one.

I’ve actually ordered from them 3 more times. Great prices, reasonable shipping time, and I love that everything is packed in a separate static bag and labeled very clearly.

Just received an order of 1 xph50 3D and 4 XPL 3A. No problems and reasonable time from HK.

Three Tanna leaves to give him life, nine to give him movement. But what if he eats the whole bag?
