But will they really use an XP-L HI this time, or just de-dome their own XP-L’s like for all the other lights where they advertised an XP-L HI?
Seems like they’re hyping the newest, coolest Cree emitter for their lights when they can’t even actually/reliably deliver on producing them.

Strange. Only 160,000cd at 1100 lumens while the Olight M3XS-UT does 250,000cd at 1200lumens with the same reflector diameter…
Olight similarly made graphics / spec-sheets and marketing claims with the M3XS-UT Javelot, and passed along the same misleading information to their dealers:
I think until someone physically has one of these torches in his/her hands, and sees a XP-L HI emitter, Olight might be still playing the same games.
They even use Cree’s press release photo of the emitter instead of actually showing a XP-L HI emitter inside their torch.
