Apparently it will be DQG AA, as per Ric on cpf. I hope it will be stainless steel and costs similar to that of DQG AAA. Interestingly, this thing could end up being shorter than my Preon Revo which did keychain duty before the arrival of my DQG AAA.

DQG AAA are sold out. DQG AA version is upcoming.

AA size is disappointing to me. I was looking forward to a AAA for my keychain...

For my too is disappointing, if the III´s is not realesed I will buy the II... This light is very small.

I can show you a list of AAA if you like, or search in DX...

too late. really. if competition releases faster, our money goes to the competition. 4Sevens has just announced the smallest AAA-keychain light, current-regulated!, ever. stainless steel. and said to be VERY competitive in pricing (< 30$, i guess). Something like a successor to the wonderful Preon Revo, i would think.

On CPFMP, David has posted some teasers. The full revelation will take place Jan. 17th on the SHOT Show 2012, this Tuesday already!!

Keep your money tight guys and let's wait until Tuesday.. to know the full specs of the new 4Sevens AAA-keychain light!

Leave magnet off - gain 1mm? Well, let´s wait & see but differences are going to be small in size for sure :D

I don't think they compare themselves with the DQG.

I suspect it'll simply be a little shorter than their own preon or maybe even shorter than the iTP A3.

But I'm willing to be surprised. :)

I think it can't get substantially smaller than the tiny II, maybe 1-2 mm shaved off the length.
