Interesting thrower at KD

I saw this light at KD and it looked interesting to me. I’m not sure if it had been discussed before, but since everyone is looking for compact throwers lately I thought I’d share it.

The head diameter looks bigger than a C8 to me, maybe XinTD X3 or Jacob A60 sized. I’ve already messaged KD asking for the dimensions, they said they would contact their supplier and get back to me. Quality looks good in the pictures. I’ve always been a sucker for big SS bezels (Thanks Foy). Appears to be a screw-in pill and definitely has a driver retaining ring.

I’m going to wait til I find out dimensions, but maybe somebody else wants to try it first?

Took me a while to find it, http://kaidomain.com/product/details.S023626   , but the reflector looks like c8 size to me, with a somewhat wider head. I do like the design better than the c8 though. And that ss bezel, Laughing

It looks like regular C8 size. This probably due to distortion in picture. Even 18650 looks longer than usual.

The reason you can’t have it is because it’s a good looking light

It does look deeper in the had and heat fin areas and maybe a few mm larger diameter.
