eta: thing is I added 2GB RAM last year, no problemas til recently. BUT only seems to happen on BLF...hmmmmmmmmm????

Check if your graphics driver is up to date.
Also check if chrome is the latest version.
And don’t forget to search for malware. Use malwarebytes anti malware.

Hey Streamer, that’s almost certainly a graphics driver problem. With regards to an OS upgrade, have you tried playing around with Linux? You could at least try a live system running of a USB thumb drive, no changes at all are made to your XP install.
Dont worry, you can get it for free!
Just download and install an illegal version of windows 7 (for example) and you can upgrade it for free to windows 10! :bigsmile:

I just got through installing latest version of MalWarebytes and ran complete scan with Avast AntiVirus. Man, I was loaded down with adware, trojans and 1 virus... Seems to have helped immensely. So far so good.
I run UBUNTU on USB (thumb drive) when I pay any bills online. Haven't tried the Linux stuff...YET!
