1. I like the competition between online shops. If DX have lowest price on genuine products and good customer service (included good shipping) I will buy from you.
2. Dont be afraid of ctiticism, try to learn from it. Dont be afraid of the competition, learn from them too. Provide genuine products at a low price. Dont sell fakes. Dont sell crap/dangerous cells. Dont lie about specs (capacity, lumens, throw etc.) Be more visible on BLF. Provide us coupons and special deals and maybe a giveaway now and then
1) I like that DX has very a wide range of items, not just flashlights. Also, DX has very good filters, you can filter flashlights down to emitter, brand, battery, price (…) - that feature is cool and not available in every shop. Very inspirational for finding the next light.
2) The “deals” section doesn’t come across as competitive as with other vendors. even though the products are from a wide range the prices are typically not attractive enough to initiate a purchase.
1. DX was my very first online retail store I found on my own and I have been buyin from DX for stuff I can’t find anywhere else. And so far I have never had a missing order. DX also has a range of products that is different from banggood and gearbest which I like.
2. Prices could be better as other vendors have the prices at a more attractive price. Mix around with the community so you can learn from other vendors’ mistakes and improve upon them. Do not sell fakes!
1) The first time I ordered something from DX was in january 2013. Everything worked well , the prices were partly very good and so far everything is arrived at my home. Currently I like the offer of 3400 Soshine batteries.
2) The offer of the MVP products shipping in 24 hrs -> This promise should also be respected! One order of mine was shipped 8 days later! I wish currently more flashlight offers and I would like a general coupon code for the user from the Budget Light Forum!
1. DX used to be my favorite site with a lot of good goods that are legit in quality despite the pricier prices compared to other stores. Especially when the MVP products gets shipped really really fast to my doorsteps
2. While old goods are still good, if they are sold out, please get them out of the available list or mark them as sold out. Sometimes I bought something that is still in stock but got disappointed with no stock or supplier problem. Fortunately i got the refunds

I’ve never had any issue with an order from DX that wasn’t taken care of by their support staff. At one time, orders from DX were often delayed, but they have improved greatly, and more recent orders have been shipped very quickly. I really like the variety of items DX offers; visiting the “New Arrivals” page is interesting, and I know I won’t be scrolling through pages of vaping supplies…
Room for improvement?
How about “Remove discontinued items from search results”… DX isn’t the only vendor guilty of this: when I search for an item, I always end up with pages of discontinued items.

2. Please arrange and organized the items,since there is several items that sold out but still there
1-You need a better website design
2-You need a better search engine, I get unrelated results.
3 You need better deals and campaigns
4-Only sell genuine products.
5-Try to sell safe products that contains no hazardous ingredients for both human and nature (environmentally safe) , also electrically safe.
You may do your own test.
6-Listen to your customers.
When I first signed into BLf DX was the place to shop.CPF has told everyone that DX only sold junky cheap lights but budget light forum allowed links which got me endlessly looking at every light ever made .I always liked reading the user comments under a light … i saw many smart blf members there sharing good info and it drove me here instead of cpf .
Deal extreme could offer us at BLF really serious discounts like other vendors have to gain business … .pay attention to what we’re looking for and we will be glad to buy from you .
