Some people should not own flashlights...

In today's news

This is terrible.. but if he doesnt do it with flashlight he find something else. Some people just should not released to the society.

Unfortunately if it wasn't a flashlight it would have been something else.

People kill people.

At least with guns you have to get a background check.

Flashlights don’t beat people, people beat people.

Don’t dope and flash.

So now 4D Mags are gonna require a background check and a 3-day wait period?

People Kill People with whatever is available. Background checks on guns (or any other weapon) don't reduce killings, they just change the weapon of choice. Historically, at least in the U.S., the only thing that has been shown to reduce killings is allowing the people to carry a gun.

They should put a warning label on flashlights "WARNING! KEEP OUT OF REACH OF ASSHOLES"

6D cell mags are already illegal in Massachusetts 5D is the max they allow you to carry or buy.

Yeah, that sure encourages people to find a less lethal alternative to concealed weapons

Good thing we have those fine folks with all that power and authority to make these kinds of decisions for us

Seriously??? Are metal pipes and conduits also illegal?

I can imagine doing something similar to defend my family; you know, senselessly beating the life out of someone. But to do that to someone you supposedly love is just unimaginable.

And baseball bats, tire irons, hammers, fireplace pokers and golf clubs?

I have been told that in UK, gardens are soon to be outlawed and any one who possesses a Garden will be considered a Felon.

It is well known that Gardens often contain Sticks and Stones.

Even a Child knows that "sticks and stones can break your bones".

Anyone who possesses a Garden is a Bloodthirsty Yardie....or even worse....an American.

I live in New Hampshire which allows anyone over 21 to carry a loaded firearm as long as it's not concealed.

In Mass baseball bats also are illegal unless you have a glove and some balls to go with it. I got my ass reamed on that law, that is how I found out about the 6D cell mag law when the cops took it and my aluminum baseball bat. They let me go with a warning because I played nice, yes sure no sure anything you say sir.

I am sure there are limits on pipes and conduit as well, but I live in NH and carry a 6D cell mag and will claim ignorance to the law if caught again.

You have to remember Massachusetts burned witches and many of there laws date back to Puritanical times.

of correction, except that, if the court finds that the defendant
has not been previously convicted of a felony, he may be punished
by a fine of not more than fifty dollars or by imprisonment for
not more than two and one-half years in a jail or house of correction.

That has got to be the longest sentence in the world.

No bigger than a 1.5" blade??? I have to remember this if I ever go to MA.

A bloodthirsty yardie LOL!
