Does anyone ever take part in these deals? They hold zero interest to me and seem far to convoluted and time consuming and I wondered if it was a big thing with some people
This type of “sale” does nothing for your business. You will get a few cheap deal hunters with more time on their hands then anyone else take part and the people with jobs and money will not be able to compete fairly. Those are actually the people you want as customers.
Why not post a 20% off coupon for LED stuff or drop the price of some of the flashlights/headlamps for a sale?
I’m just being honest here and trying to help. I haven’t used DX in a couple of years. Their prices are always slightly higher than other vendors and their customer service and shipping is below average. DX offers nothing over other Chinese sellers.
I don’t understand the negativity on this thread, being their company they can offer any deal they want. If the deal they come up is one i don’t like i will simply shop elsewhere.
I would be happy to buy the light i posted for $1, at a higher price i would have to decide if its worth it
We like giveaways (so thats acceptable advertising), most BLFers have dozens and sometimes hundreds of flashlights purchased at often regular prices, but we are unhappy at possible significant discounts?
