Gearbest *EU Warehouse*

Hello everyone, Im new to this forums. My name is Pascal from Germany.
Ive been on the CPF for about 5 years.

So the thing is: I ordered a Nitecore TM16 from Gearbest (EU Warehouse).
I was wondering if someone had experience with the GB EU Warehouse – especially delivery time?

Recently Ive also read alot negative feedback on Gearbest, altough I didnt have any problems with them so far.
Ordered 2 Olight S1 Baton’s there at different times. Delivery was quite fast (<14 days), the tracking was okay and the package had no damage.
But still I think Ill avoid GB in the future.

Welcome to BLF Pascal!

It is hit or miss with Gearbest. They are cheap and I bought great stuff over there, but the S1 Baton that I bought never arrived and GB refuses to refund or resend it.

I have no experience with their EU warehouse, it could be a good idea to try it out.

Thanks djozz! Ive been to Amsterdam recently

Thats why I always pay with PayPal, to get a refund if my package doesnt arrive!

The EU Warehouse was – besides the price(118.95$) – the main reason for my order. Ive read the delivery to Germany from their EU(UK) Warehouse is quite fast (3-6 days).

Ive got a shipping confirmation and a tracking number yesterday but no delivery service could find the number yet. Thats what Ive also read.

Hallo Pascal,

I ordered half a dozen times from GB EU warehouse, the last time it was a Nitecore TM16: it came in 5 working days shipped with Royal Mail

My issues so far with GB shipping:
I have never lost an item from there, and the last year i made over 80 orders( including 3 wholesales), all with a tracking number
I have several broken flashlights, like 4 broken glass zoomy lenses( they will never learn to pack them like they should ) – all were refunded

My biggest issues with GB is that they dont pack items as they should, otherwise Karen ( the GB representive here) is quite cooperative

Hey Mitko!

That sounds great. I hope I’ll experience the same with the TM16 I ordered. Can’t wait to get my first flashlight with over a 1.000 lumens.

Ordered on Saturday night (1.30AM)
Shipped Monday afternoon

As I read it should come with DPD. I hope they’ll give it to my uncle’s barber shop in our house when I’m not there. I have read a several times, that they’re quite fast with resending it to the sender.

Today DPD Germany finally found my order number. The informations about the package have been electronically sent to DPD. So my package should arrive soon.
Too bad tomorrow is new years eve and the day after a public holiday.. next week my vacation is over.

I’ve made one order from GB EU.
It was Xiaomi Redmi Note 2. It took exactly 9 days from ordering to deliver it to my home.
The phone was well packed, and was original Wink
It was sent with Hungarian post, showed 7 days after ordering in tracking service.

I think it doesnt matter if its EU Warehouse or send from china as long as you choose germany express. The difference in shipping time is negligible. I have only good experiences with gearbest but bad experiences with the manufacturers. 4 out of 5 flashlights had a fault or cosmetical flaws. Gearbest handled it pretty good and my Gearbest wallet was smiling. When you order a flashlight for about 22 dollar (olight s15R) and u get 11 dollar back on your wallet because of a non working voltage indicator you cant complain. So gearbest did the best i have to say, those manufactureres just lack in quality. You can PM gearbest here as well, they responded quickly because my niteye MS-R25 has a pre flash problem

European warehouse!

I had a look with ‘great expectations’, only 2 lights . A Nightcore T series and a TM16.

That’s disappointing.

It arrived within 10 days, kinda long from what they’ve said. But it arrived! Funny thing is, it came with 4 spare o-rings and 2 lanyards Silly
The package had no damage at all.
