Hello

I’m just trying to pay for a product on your website but I cannot get the payment to go through, I’m trying Paypal and a Card but I keep getting a message saying:

HTTP_Exception_404 [ 404 ]: The requested URL was not found on this server. ~ SYSPATH/classes/kohana/request/client/internal.php [ 94 ]

I have had a few pms with lightscastle during their guessing game. The checkout doesn’t seem to work properly and I still can’t pay for a few items I have in my cart and/or can’t pay for orders.

i believe I have found a workaround though:

- clear cookies, flush them

- reload website

- add item to cart

- checkout with paypal! do not click on any other buttons while checking out

  • you can pay via paypal then and the order gets confirmed

no guarantee that this will still work.

I never thought of that, I cleared the data just for their site and I went straight to paying using Paypal.

Thanks for putting me on the correct track so quickly, I’ll try to remember!
