ITC Technology
The light will automatically lower the current when temperature in LED or driver rises to 80 degrees centigrade to protect the flashlight from overheating, thus extending its lifespan.
Charging
TC10 V2 can be charged with input voltage between 4.75-5.25V. Charging current is 1A, which means it will take about 4 hours or longer to fully charge a 3400mAh battery.
Battery Replacement
Take off the tail cap, insert the battery with the anode (+) toward the LED assembly (head of the light), screw the tail on and tighten it all the way to operate the light.

The Good:
Amazing thermal management. Ran this straight for 9 hours on hi, and did not have any overheating issues.
USB charger works great. Charges consistently to 4.15-4.18 volts. Never had an overhcharge.
Battery is a rebranded panasonic NCR18650B
Runtimes exceeded factory specs
takes protected and unprotected batteries
easy user interface
Has a tighter hotspot than olight s30 and Nitecore P12.
Tailstands - but is wobbly
crenulated bezel
double springs - all of my 18650s fit and worked
annodized threads - light can lockout
no proprietary charging cables or equipment is needed.

The Bad:
I don’t trust the USB port cover to be 100% waterproof
low battery indicator did not appear to be very accurate
light seems to ramp down after 10% warning light comes on
Can not use 2xCR123 Batteries
Often difficult to tell when charging light goes from purple to blue.

The Tests:
Ran 9 consecutive batteries on hi for a total runtime of 9 hours. No breaks… no stopping.
Here are the runtimes for the batteries until the 10% warning came on.
Thrunite 3400 Mah - 82 min
Ultrafire 6000 Mah - 20 min
Samsung 28A (laptop pull) - 81 min
Samsung 30B - 99 min
Samsung 26f (laptop pull) - 72 min
ASO (cheap chinese cell) - 34 min
Samsung 30Q - 69 Min
Sanyo ur18650fm - 83 min

So as you can see the results varied quite a bit, but the winner was clearly the 30B despite the lower Mah. I ran several batteries beyond the 10% warning light and was able to gain a minimum of 10 minutes before I shut the light off. Didn’t want to overdrain any batteries. Obtaining 102 minutes is very realistic if you drain the battery to nothing. In fact you will likely exceed the posted 103 minutes with any reputable battery.

After the 10% blinking light turned on I pulled batteries and allowed them to rest for about 10 minutes. I found that the 10% warning turned on anywhere from 3.65-3.70 volts. I’m sure the variation is due to the individual cells recovering some of their energy.

Charging time:
was consistently 3-4 hours depending on Mah. Some batteries were allowed to stay on the charger for a few extra hours. No overcharging detected.

Overall thoughts:
I was very impressed that this flashlight was able to take 9 hours straight on hi. The light never got more than luke warm and never had any times that the thermal protection kicked in. the side clicky works well, and is easy to locate even in the dark. The big surprise being that the Samsung 30B had the best runtime by far. The anti-roll ring and pocket clip don’t work for me, but both can be removed. Considering that a a re-wrapped Panny ncr18650b comes with the flashlight it makes it a nice price for what you are getting. Very competitive with the usb rechargeable competition.
