Need to order a few parts and want to add ATtiny25's

Which will be the new standard bearer? The ATtiny25V-10SSU or the ATtiny25V-20SSU, it appears that the main differences are minimum voltage and clock speed.

Thanks Matt

I believe you want the slower/lower voltage 10SSU, but if you are going with Tom E’s FW, the 25’s won’t have enough memory. You will need at least the 45 which only comes in the larger SU footprint.

I’m only using 25’s and 85’s now. Don’t count on 45’s for future e-switch versions. When I built TK’s latest bistro, it was 4 bytes short of taking all of a 25’s memory - no room for growth whatsoever…

I am planning on using it with Bistro. I am going to start with 25’s since they will fit standard drivers at this point. When drivers appear that support the larger footprint of the 85 I will start using it. It looks like there is an 85 with the correct foot print, or is the body wider?

I also need to order some FET’s. I always have these on hand NXP PSMN3R0-30YLDX, but would I be ahead to source the Vishay SIR800DP and use them across the board? The specs look a little better.

Tom, what is the OTC that is used with the 25, TK said it may have changed?
