Thorfire S50 Review video

I received the Thorfire S50 for review from Thorfire.

My first impressions when I received this light were the great packaging that I have come to expect from Thorfire with their products, the flashlight box was inside a larger box with large bubble wrap all around it. Once I got through that and down to the light itself and pulled it from the box I knew it was a serious hunk of a light. great heft and excellent build quality.

Nice review
There is no space for a side switch, the ALU is a massive chunk where the reflector is snugged into, no big air gap there (like that first technical drawing of the to come Convoy XHP light)

The dual switch XHP light from Yhorfire is the S70, this one is simpler to disassemble.
Cigargrio is not possible but preskng the button with pinky works fine the tail had cut outs for it.

You are right about no room for the side switch TM. I didn’t think about that at the time I said it I don’t guess, but the big aluminum pill is threaded right into the space a wire would need to run and switch would need to sit, so that would rule out the possibility of the side switch.

I like that the tube is a little more narrow at the tail end (seey review for measurement’s)
Gives it an elegant look, yes I like the looks of the S50 more then the S70.
