RCR 123 Rechargeable batteries

Our Flashlights are S1 Batons . Do I need to buy only Olight batteries? What battery best suits the S1 Baton 700mAh or 650 mAh etc? Where can I order online some good priced batteries please?

You would be looking for 16340 batteries i would be guessing that most of them will fit maybe only the IMR cells may be a bit small…

I’ve tried several brands of 16340 for my S1 Baton and all of them are working fine.

My EDC is a WK21 xtar all 16340 fit but it doesn’t have double spring so some IMR are a bit small and rattle but i think the baton has double springs?

I do not carry S1 Baton at this time, but as far as I remembered, yes it has springs on both side.

I use eagletac 16340 batteries and find them acceptable for EDC and home use. for my car I keep cr123a batteries simply due to the excessive heat in phoenix.

Efest 16340 V2. 650mAh tested capacity and up to 5.2A direct drive a XP-L HI. Best 16340 out there…

IF you want to use unprotected IMR cells they are. If you want a protection circuit then maybe not.

For my s1 baton i bought olight batteries i thought why not ? but u dont have to ofc. Good brands are otherwise Nitecore batteries. Buy them from amazon maybe ? not sure how shipping to Sydney would be a problem or not..

...where Frugal meets with Flashlight!

I just put IMR inside my WK21 and now it doesn’t want to work proper maybe to much current! They fit okay but they do move around a little more then the soshines and the soshines are a bit fatter and longer!

I shake my Olight S1 Baton with the Efest 700mAh IMR and I get no intermittent connection, nor rattle. I’m not familiar with the WK21. All I know is it works perfect in the S1
