I have several beat up halogen work lights on stands. Mostly destroyed by contractors that did not bring their own tools. 1500 watts seems silly.
I have seen some lights from China that have internal batteries and can do AC or batteries. I would like to have the light(s) on an adjustable stand like common Halogen work lights. If I can’t get a quality unit with batteries, AC only would be a usable (though not preferred) alternative.
What I am asking for is an experience based recommendation for a China light that actually works reliably and does what it says it will do. Something available in the US (e.g., big box, Amazon) would also be OK.
