CAT Rechargable LED Worklight at Costco

I just saw these CAT (as in Caterpillar) rechargeable LED worklights at my local Costco today. Looks like a new item. Anyone tried one of these out?

$29.95
1100 lumen hi, 550 low
3hr hi, 6hr low
water and impact resistant
USB power output

The case seems to be metal. It’s maybe 2 inches at the thickest point and its got some weight to it.

Too many streetlights, not enough flashlights.

while looking it up I found a description that used CAT as

Technologies
No idea…. on the name or light.

I did see this at Costco, I’m waiting for the price to drop. Right now I ‘m about to purchase the eneloops and charger package at $24.99 marked down from $29.99.

i know i have seen this unit on fastbangextreem, ect.
i guess putting their name on heavy equipment wasnt enough.had to move to putting it on cheap china stuff too.
on the good side the cob leds are nicer for area lights.no multiple shadows.

These are logos of Caterpillar Inc.

Here is a shot of the bottom of a 1000W “CAT” inverter that I got at Home Depot. Made in China, Caterpillar licenses their name.
