Nitecore Thumb First Impression Video Review

I just got a Nitecore Thumb from nitecorestore.com for review. I thought I would get a video with my first impressions out after day 1, since there are probably a number of people who are thinking about getting one right away:

In summary: It’s just a little bit too big for me to want to carry it on my keychain (even though the weigh is perfect), but 85 lumens of even, pure flood lighting is great for having around the house.

More images:

All beam shots were shot at ISO3200, 1/60th, and f/4, with the center of the beam about 2.2 yards from the light, and approximate what my eyes see when adjusted to indoor fluorescent lighting.

85 lumens

30 lumens

2 lumens

I can’t watch the video right now because I only have my phone here (data transfer is not cheap) but in general I think it would be very good practice for every video review to have at least one image showing how the product looks so we souldnt have to google or open a video and hope that product will be shown imidiately so I could stop video before $ start pilling up on my tel.bill…
Also there is a “Insert video” button that will embed the video.

Cheers

Are you talking about the video thumbnail being an image of just the flashlight?

Here you go, I googled, shows overall looks and approximate size of the light:

Ok, the OP has now been edited for your bandwidth-saving pleasure.

You see how easy it was, now folks can see how this light looks (and if they like it they can proceed to youtube or not, if they don’t like it), how big or small it is (everyone here has at least one of those batteries you pictured), they can see control buttons, leds (the fact that it has two of them) and the metal thing for hooking on a keychain. A lot of informations from just one image.
:+1:

i love my nitecore tube for keychain carry. like you mentioned, the thumb looks a little too big for the keychain.

Ok, I grabbed some more photos (and beam shots) and added them to the OP.

Thanks
