Order from Brinyte what to do in this case

I order in one package directly from Brinyte 2x pressure switch and one red module for b158.
Pay try PP and pay 8.39$ for shipping cost + 1.44$ for PP transfer fee ( this should be a salesman to cover not me ) , total 33.66$.

I receive a package and pressure switches are really good quality ( visually ), but they have problems in work, one of them clearly has a problem in the cable, it have some interruptions and light intensity is not 100 % all the time, also when hold a button it sometimes change modes onself… buttons won’t work every time when I press it !
Second light output is ok, all is ok, but buttons won’t work every time when I press it… Sometimes I must to click 6-7 times that it work.

Red module for b158 not working at all, simply won’t work I don’t know what is problem, there is good contact, I try multiple batteries, protected, unprotected…

On the day when I receive all of this I record a videos and send to them, for pressure switches they answer nothing ! And for red module they told me that they will send me another one… But they ask that I pay again shipping fee 6$ and they will send me a new on free.

To be clear I don’t need this not working one, I can throw it in the trash, I order normal and working and get this, so here are wideos that I send to them.

Hmm maybe you should ask a refund from PP and order from other source ?

I definitely will not order from them again.
Just want to confirm with someone that this switches are working very bad, and to check if someone order it how that switches work, because if they all work in this way this is terribly, red module is clear not working at all.

I will ask first them if they don’t want to solve in my interest I will send all to PP.
