Has anyone used this charger or know if it's any good?

Seems to be an Austrian website. It's on ebay for $35 and I can't find reviews on it but it's supposed to have the same features for the BC-1000 for almost half the price. If there is a comparable (and cheaper) charger to the BC-1000 (or BC 9009) do tell.
