That’s always a fun little box to open up in the mail. Good luck with the build!

The only problem that I see is that your leds are V2 1As…you need some V2 5A2s Wink

and the XML2 T6-3B 5000-5200K coming out of my S2+ is going in my streamlight strion.

I have an S2 triple with 5A2 and an S2+ triple with 3A

3A is a heck of a bright light without being Too White that it glares onto anything it hits.
5A2 is a nice tint to use for everyday. Easy on the eyes. You will not notice how orange it is until you hold it next to the 3A or 1A.

The X6 is a good light to build. As a single emitter thrower or as a triple.

I do think that will be my next build.

Problem is getting a good enough deal on one.

Keeping my eyes peeled on the FS area.

I may trade something I have for one if anyone is listening …..

I have a C8s from amazon, 4 mode with pill, great thrower, plenty bright.

would like another triple, really like the idea of multiple emitters.

place to buy MCPCB with led’s already on? not ready to flow my own yet.

:EDIT: looking at mountain website it ways they will flow emitters. Saweeet!

Doesn’t the X6 take a 32mm mcpcb when going triple?

parts for X6 triple are available. But you are in at a bad time.
Noctigon XP32 32mm Advanced Copper MCPCB
are out of stock from Mountain Electronics. Richard will flow emitters on the MCPCB for you
X6 hosts linked above are out of stock.
And there is a wait on the copper spacers. But those should be in before the other parts.
http://budgetlightforum.com/node/45343
The spacers arrive pretty quick from Russia. When in stock.

the QUAD M2 is looking pretty badass too though! ill have to look into that.

great another one on the list!

i have the S41 quad but the M2 would probably run longer being bigger and having fins.
