I would like to have a special discount on some of the hight quality brands, i.e. Fenix, Jetbeam, Klarus.

A couple of examples:

Fenix E05:

My thoughts exactly,

http://www.focalprice.com/LFI55B/JETBeam_BA20_Two_Modes_Cree_R5_EDC_Flas...

That close to the $30 mark and I'd have a couple. I'm sure many others would want in on that as well.

http://www.focalprice.com/LFD85B/Tank007_TK5685_CREE_Q4_1Mode_140LM_LED_...

That between $10-$12 would also be good.

9,2$ Sipik sk68

I'm soooo tempted to buy this lil' ****er but a very special price would seal the deal :d, and i would probably buy some 14500's as well!

I read something about a grey version as well? What do i have to do if i want the black one and not the grey one (I'm a black-addict)?

I completely agree with scheven.  A guaranteed black Sipik SK68 at the right price would make for a great group buy.

Okay... so we have all the Xeno E03 votes. I'd go for that, too, but aren't we choosing from something they already stock or are a dealer for? They don't appear to be a dealer for Xeno.
