Anyone heard of Vbatty?

I am looking for 14500 high drain cells, and came across this Vbatty 14500 sold by Shenzhen Vbatty Co. on aliexpress.

Anyone used any Vbatty cells?

If you are looking for high-drain cells, take a look at the Windyfire IMR 14500

As MtnDon already stated: if the buyer lives in the US try Mountain Electronics.

If not, try buying directly from Linda at Shenzhen Windyfire Technology Co.,

I know XTAR makes nice chargers, but what about their Li cells? Eg,

14500, 13bux/2, free shipping:
https://www.amazon.com/XTAR-Lithium-Protected-Rechargeable-Flashlight/dp...

26650, 26bux/2, free shipping:
https://www.amazon.com/XTAR-26650-5000mAh-Rechargeable-Flashlight/dp/B01...

I had great dealings with the vendor as far as my WK50s, so…

I only have 18650s to speak of, no substantive experience with 14500s/26650s, so any advice would be appreciated.

TrustFire “Flame” IMR14500 700mAh Li-ion Battery (2-Pack) @FastTech

everydaysurvivalgear commented about the button top counterparts of these previously. I usually do not allow “button top” and “high drain” in the same sentence, yet for this small format it may not be that much of an issue.

Problem is, FT ain’t shipping Li cells of any stripe to all that many places in the world.

Dunno if I’d trust any Li cell with “Fire” in its name, though.

Still waiting for the 30Qs from GB where like an idiot I didn’t check the shipping charges. Spent more for shipping than for the damned 4-pack itself. Silly

By the time I saw the email recap (and that they’ve been shipped… ?!?), flipped out, then came out of my catatonic state long enough to try cancelling the order, it was too late.

They’ll probably age-out by the time I get ‘em. Probably being delivered by sea on a wooden junk…

Well, that may have something to do with your recently changed country regulations on battery imports.

Much earlier this year (early march or so) I also flipped out when I saw the outrageous shipping charges I was being presented with at FastTech for a @#$% carbon-zinc 9V battery…

All of this nanny sheesh policies… Facepalm

People should stop crying and responsibly empower themselves.

GearBest has opened some local warehouses in europe; I also presume there's not that much trouble for the big vendors to discreetly get batteries in the slow boat on the way here.

Not just the US, but at least all of North Murrrca. Most everywhere serviced by airlines, as I understand it.

I bought a couple of the WK41 deals XTAR had a while back that included a charger and XTAR 14500 battery. Both batteries have worked great.

Be leery of the specs. No such thing as a 3000mAh 40A cell

Well if they send them we will know for sure.
Since none of the big players offer them I suspect you are correct.
Maybe pulse but not continuous.
