In for the CNQG SRK, cool giveaway. For people who might not know, the original SRK went for about $85 back then. The original and the best.

Any of the items would be great. I don’t have any SRK style or custom built lights.
Not a big knife guy, but that Ganzo looks sweet.
Congratulations on 1000 posts!

I’m in. Thanks. I was enthralled by your multiple brass tube tool kit for the hand-built contest this year so I’m in for the special CRX hand-built light.

No I hadn’t. Now I understood how and I finally see the TRUE GREATNESS! Shocked
I really like your works, keep on going! Thumbs Up

Returning to the last of your pics, the 3 carbon fibre parts seem to be at the same level with the 2 visible brass parts.
If that’s the case, how did you do that?
Did you insert brass rings over the main brass tube to make the threads that make the 3 pieces of the flashlight come together? (I don’t know if I can make you understand what I mean, but I don’t know hot to write it in a better way… Blushing )

I get you mate, yeah so it’s five outer parts – the first brass ring towards the head is soldered onto the inner brass tube at the heatsink level for some heat dissipation, the other brass ring at the tail and three carbon fibre tube parts are epoxied to the brass inner body tube with jbweld.

Getting them all even = a lot of filing & sanding, it’s not perfect being my first attempt at using this technique but good enough i think.

Handmade stuff shouldn’t be absolutely perfect and identical one each other. That’s what makes them unique my friend! Beer

The carbon fibre looks really sleek, but i’ve never had an SRK, so count me in for that.

Nice of you to do a giveaway, congrats on 1000!
