  • # and color of lights included
  • have been working items in your order also?

What’s the quickest way to test for the issue?

put it in lockout mode. Then press either button. If it flashes red, it is V1 not V2

So, at Banggood’s request, I post a YouTube video and expalin the problem with the TIP and below is the xxx answer I got.
Why is it always like this when you need a refund or return? I will wait for M4D’s next response from Banggood manager, supposedly today sometime.

Dear Sir:

We are sorry for the inconvenience and I checked the video.For the tube you should click both of the two buttons at the same time,then see if the button will have a blinking red light.Do not click one of the button when the button is locked.If you need it unlock repeat the same operation.And when unlocked you need to click the on-off button first and then try the modes button.

I think you need to try again.
