Snakebite are these the one’s that are rated as 2000 mAh?

yes

Are these still available IN Walmart stores and if so, what is the going price?

Thanks

when i saw them i believe the price was around $12-13 for a pack of 4. they were back with all of the garden/landscaping lights. they were 18650’s and they also had some other size that was lithium too

Has anyone seen them in Walmart recently or was this months ago?

i have not seen any.
i suspect that when they got real cheap they sold out.ebay flippers got them.

ok
Thanks

I found the ones in the test around December 15th. Price was $5/4pack, yellow tag. One store had them in the outdoor section, while another I saw some 18500 3.7v in the clearance isle.

Thanks again to snakebite for running these tests.

Is there any opinion on the chemistry or manufacturer?

i ASSume lico
no identifying marks.i finished peeling the one you partially unwrapped and found nothing further.even tried uv.
i rewrapped it.
these can be considered decent laptop grade cells.

Hey all this years batch is out at Walmart in the garden center they are around $14 right now. Good luck!!!

Four packs are now down to $4.00 at some Wallys.

good deal for a local source of cells.
just remember these are not high rate cells.
assume they are in the class of laptop pulls and no more than 2c discharge.

Same at my local store. There is still half a dozen packs. I almost grabbed a couple bit O really need some 30q's right now so I passed.

bought a bunch of 18500 $3/4.
no 18650 to be seen.
york commons dayton/vandalia oh.

Do you get down my way? I’ve had some luck at the stores surrounding Cincinnati. I’ve cleaned them out but seems that a few pop up here and there every week or so.

i need more lico laptop grade 18650 cells like i need another hole in my head.
if i spy some up here i can post back for those needing them.

Lol, I hear ya there. Well if you ever wanna swap out some capacity for some power Output, let me know. I always have tons of the high drain cells. The most common laptop grade I see are around 2250, 2400, and 2600mAh. If you get a little collection of these capacities you’ll be willing to trade, let me know. The most common cells I get that I would trade are Samsung 13Q, 15L, 15Q, 20Q, 20R, and LG @ around 1300-2000mAh. I run into some pretty good Sanyo 1500mAh. All the above are continuous 15A or 20A drain. Same goes for anyone else that is in the Cincinnati area or not too far off.
