A very high current 18650 cell.

The two cells tracks nicely and can deliver a lot of current.

At 30A they did get too hot and I had to stop the discharge a some seconds before the cell was empty. The cells did reach 93°C after I terminated the discharge.

Conclusion

This is very good high current cells. The very high current capability means the cells are a bit below top capacity.

I’m unable too lazy to grab the screencap, but it looks like other cells like Sony VTC6 outperform this in both capacity and amp draw - hopefully the Keeppower are less expensive, otherwise there’s not much point…

Your info is invaluable HJK. Thanks!

Been watching this battery for some time, now I’m assured that this is good battery.
Thanks HKJ!

This cell should be a re-wrapped one of Sony VTC5, since their discharge curves track nicely.

Oh yeah, yes - very similar. Could definitely be true, good observation.

Thanks once more for a very informative review HKJ! :+1:

Μία καλή μπαταρία VTC5.

Δέν είναι παράξενο.

Η KP χρησιμοποιεί πάντα σωστές μπαταρίες και αυτός είναι ο λόγος που έχει τόσο καλό όνομα .
