Who on here runs AliExpress ? I bought a clear convoy L6 and does not work 
I tried to look it up on my account but can’t find it listed ???

On my PayPal account it shows I paid $65.09 to ALIEXPRESSlDOVERlDE and the AliExpress site chat line says that’s not them ? Can anyone confirm that who ordered a clear convoy l6
Did you buy it from Simon at his Convoy shop? Not sure if he is back from CNY yet.
I think I used the AliExpress app and my PayPal says ALIEXPRESSlDOVERlDE but they said it’s not them so I’m trying to figure out who that is then
First of all, there is a chance this might be a fraudulent charge; if you can’t find a purchase on your Aliexpress orders list that corresponds with a charge you might have an issue. Check with paypal customer services whether the charge is legit.
I have never seen shops accept Paypal as a checkout method even though it was in the news as a new way of paying on AE.
Ailexpress is not an individual. It is basically the china Ebay / Amazon.
Just log into your aliexpress account and it will have your order and a place to file a claim.
Make sure you are using the correct cells and that the tactical ring is fully screwed down first though.
As Texas ace said its happened to more then a handful of people if that ring at the tail end it looks invisible almost in blends so well make sure its all the way down. Some people had to remove them. Some cells won’t make proper contact if its not secured or removed. Try other 26650 cells or or some 18650s before your sure it won’t work
I searched ” ALIEXPRESSlDOVERlDE” with Google and found these on the first page of results, among much else.
you might want to read through several pages of the search results and sum up what you find, and take it to PayPal to show there’s a scammer at work.

My legit charges to Aliexpress show up the same way, pretty sure that is just how aliexpress shows up.
Like I said, sign into your aliexpress account and find the order there. The aliexpress dispute system is second to none if you are the buyer.
I’ll have a look into it more, I can’t find my order on the site either can they, will post more when I find out more info, thanks for the tips, I just cancelled my pp card and will be getting a new one anyways
