$45 shipped isnt bad at all for a LD20. These are also available on ebay with "buy it now" for $50 shipped. Possible less if you bid on them.

i think for the money I'd opt for the 23$ E21 fenix from the Dino ..i'd rather have 2 E21's ...wait a minute ...I do :P

I've just ordered one for under 40$ (shipped) using coupon code. It's under £25 (shipped) for me which is a super bargain especially over here in England. 
Oh dear! I’ve just had a refund from Yugster. Was too cheap for them it seems. Or perhaps out of stock. A real shame
