SkyRC MC3000 USB link not working

Hello all.
I recently purchased an MC3000 charger based on a very detailed review and other factors. It seems to be a really versatile charger.
I have tried to connect to it with 2 different PCs, 3 different USB cables (proven to be good on other devices), When I open the software, the bottom right corner has a box that reads USB OFF. Obviously, there is no communication happening.
Has anyone experienced this? Any ideas on what to try?
Edit:
I have now tried the Android app, it tells me No Device found. Do I have a blown I/O circuit?
Edit 2:
The MC3000 does not appear in my tablet’s list of bluetooth devices.

Thanks in advance.

CPF has a dedicated thread for the MC3000, just post there.

It turns out it was my cables. I took the charger to work and the cable there works. Still can’t see the charger with a Motorola Xoom, Android 4.1.2.
As an aside, my SkyWolfEye “5000 mAh” cells have about the same capacity as an Eneloop AAA, lol.
