I bought an item from a seller, after long time waiting, and didn’t receive item, i requested a refund and the seller accepted, ebay sent me a letter said that” the seller fully refunded to me”, but when i check my paypal balance, there is no money sent to me
strange, this is the second time i bought from ebay, and the first time i have to request a refund
can anybody please explain to me

Did you ask clarification to vendor and or EBay?
“Good news! We let the seller know you didn’t receive the item, and the seller issued you a full refund. This request is now closed.”
that’s what ebay said, so i assume that seller has fully refunded to me
i think i will contact to ebay support, but there are many options which i don’t know what to choose
Happened to me before and I never got the money in the end, IIRC. ebay insisted they have refunded the money to my paypal account but my account shows nothing. I e-mailed paypal but all they said is to contact ebay because its an ebay transaction.
It might help if you could talk to them on the phone instead because I had exchanged several e-mails with them all for nothing.
reminder: do not store paypal balance on your concerned paypal account or receive payments thru that account while you’re asking them for investigation of the issue because I have heard many horror stories before paypal freezing their account for some minor issue and require them to submit all those very personal info before they could normally access their account again.
edit: same applies to your ebay account. Just a couple of months ago, I stopped selling on ebay because they were asking me to submit many of my private info before they will let me resume selling an item. I told them they can kiss my … then closed my account.

You can check your ebay account if there’s an option to chat with an ebay customer rep that might be able to help you resolve your issue otherwise e-mail is your only option.

Both paypal and ebay have lots of online support services worldwide, if you enter your account and find “call us” function you can get phone number with support in your language.
yes I no longer sell on feebay it is just not worth it
