you should contact Gearbest here on BLF. they might be able to help.

Create a ticket at GB, my experience is that they will reply to that. Prepare yourself with the fact that most of the time they will not make a full refund if you did not pay extra for registered shipping, which seems to be part of their terms and conditions when ordering from GB.
Otherwise start a paypal dispute

Screw gearbest, start a PayPal dispute, get your money back, shop elsewhere

Yes, open an actual ticket (don’t just email them). They always reply to me within 24 hours - overnight due to the time difference. If you are online at the same time they are active, I’ve had reps reply to me within 5-10 minutes.

Do that FIRST. Then, if they aren’t handling it well proceed to PayPal dispute. You have 6 months to open a PP dispute.

Also, I recommend that if you order from GB to just pay for the “Priority Line” shipping. It always gets to me in <= 2 weeks. The “free” shipping is garbage and I never get stuff that way.
