yes I know, I searched for Ant and no topic came up.

no 10440 :frowning:

@boaz
This new Manker Review: Manker E02 (AAA, L shaped, XP-G3 200+ Lumens) seems even more appealing.
It can 10440, but only in one mode

If the driver is anything like the Tool or Worm AAA lights, it says 10440 is not supported, but it works just fine, even keeps the modes, they just all get brighter. Probably won’t have LVP though.

I find it hilarious how frequently they use the word “decent” on their website.
As if to say “adequate but not excellent”, or “mediocre but serviceable”. I don’t think they fully understand their descriptions.

Back in early seventies “decent” as in …decent man… was a laid back superlative.

I suppose it could also mean “of good character”, which doesn’t fit in the context of a flashlight, either.

I just received my ANT and It’s quite good. The sequence is low-mid-high-off. Strobe mode is entered when you press the button for about 3 seconds when you are in low mode. The machining is very well done (even better than on my Lumintop tool TI. The only downside is that the button protrudes a little so it’s easy to turn on the flashlight unintended when carrying in your pocket.

The ANT next to my Lumintop tool TI with Nichia 219BT both in LOW mode.

Any shortcut to turn off?

Nope, you have to go through the sequence.

If only there was a direcrt off…then I’d be all over this one.

I don’t really mind that there is no direct off, the button protruding is way more annoying it’s just not possible to carry it around in your pocket…
Ah well it was only 25 dollar including shipping and the build quality is great.

I like see, that with a little unscrew, we have physical lockout, this is necessary for carry in pocket.

Do you have the version with the tritium?
Here is my second one with tritium inside
And now for 19,99 on Massdrop: Lumintop Ant Keychain Flashlight | Flashlights | Pocket Flashlights | Drop
