Got my first EagleTac yesterday. After five minutes of off-and-on casual use, it died. I sent it back.
Is this common with Eagletac? I seem to be finding lots of horror stories to the same affect.
I’ve had 8 different Eagletac lights and never had any issues with them. What model died on you?

those Boost drivers seem to die quite often on different brands
it would be great if those flashlight companies would have a sort of a bench where they place the driver with tips connectivg to the Battery LED and switch contacts
and then runs the driver for 24 hours simulating normal use of it
I agree, I had an Armytek Prime C2 Pro V3 XHP35 that died after only 13 days. All of the Eagletac lights that I owned had 3v leds in them…plus I modded them any way.
