Is this iphone meter vapor ware?

Here is a bunch of very bold claims made for an iPhone light meter software product. has anyone tried this thing? I guess I could blow the $24.95 for the software and try it, but I thought maybe someone here on the Forum already “been there and done that” and can save me the trouble.
