I received my C8 Clear and noticed the bezel was chipped/dropped or both and shows obvious rust.
I have reached out to the AliExpress vendor and left a review with these images to no response. Does anyone know where I can get just the bezel in the clear treatment?

Did you buy this directly from Simon? If so, he should take care of you. If it was from a different vendor, then it may be a crap shoot.
As mentioned, you can also take this as an opportunity to upgrade to the SS bezel instead if you are into that.

Go through the AliExpress grievance procedure for damaged product and you should receive a refund or partial credit.

This is simons official convoy store, so there is no confusion.
It’s best to email or message Simon rather than go through the grievance procedure. He always does right by forum members and will replace the damaged item/part. I’ve gotten damaged items from his store in the past and I’ve never had an issue getting the problem resolved.
To the OP…if you live in CA, the best place to buy Convoy lights is from mtnelectronics.com…the owner always checks his stock before he ships it out so you’re pretty much guaranteed not to get any defective items.
