Will these flat top batteries work in my HT35?

I ordered two-26650 KeepPower 5200mAh Protected High Discharge Flat Top batteries from Illumination Supply but now I am not sure that they will work in my two battery HT35.

I don’t own any other flat tops and while the HT35 has springs at both ends, will the batteries connect to each other?

If not, where can I find some top quality protected button tops cheap’est’?

I’m using those exact batteries. They fit fine.

Fantastic, so they have enough of a bulge or cap, that they make good contact with each other?

The ‘bulge’ is ~ 1mm (just under 1/16”). No issues using them in series.

Thanks, they were already in my mailbox and now I just put them in, and they work fine.

Hot diggity, this HT35 is a very impressive light.
